You may cancel your cruise or charter up to 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. However, in the event of bad weather, we will reschedule your booking or issue a full refund.

We provide all necessary USCG-approved safety equipment, including life jackets, fire extinguishers, flares, a whistle, and a throwable flotation device.
Complimentary refreshments and ice are included on all trips, and you’re welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages (BYOB)!

Feel free to bring your preferred food and drinks to enjoy during your day on the water. Keep in mind that it can get very hot at certain times of the year, so we recommend bringing the following essentials:
- Towels
- Swimwear
- Polarized sunglasses
- Water shoes
- Hats or visors
- Sunscreen

It is strictly prohibited to bring any illegal items on board, including drugs, unauthorized medications, or firearms. Additionally, please consume alcohol responsibly during your time on the water.

We’re pet-friendly for private charters and cruises! If you’re bringing your dog, we recommend providing a suitable canine flotation device. Dogs can tire quickly while swimming or may accidentally fall or jump overboard.
